Bernadette Watson
is a postdoctoral fellow in psychology at the University of Queensland. Her
research encompasses health psychology and communication, focusing on
inter-role interactions among health professionals and between them and pa-
tients.

Jianyu Xing
is an associate Professor in the School of International Studies at the University
of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China. His lecturing and re-
search interests include EFL, Business English and Intercultural (Business)
Communication. He completed his PhD at the University of Bedfordshire in
applied linguistics.

Seung Hee Yoo
is a graduate student in social psychology at Yale University. She received her
BA from Yonsei University in Korea and MA from San Francisco State Univer-
sity.
