Bumper Step 0
Stack the plates on
top of each
other.

Bumper Step 1

Put the pin through the brick,
and lay the brick on top of the
plates. Then insert the axle.

Insert the blue pins. The
Bumper Step 2 pins on the 1x4 brick will
not have enough room
to slide all the way
through—just push
them as far as
they will go.

Bumper Step 3
Attach the brick and plate.
You will have to wedge
the axle up
a little to fit
the brick
through the
pin.
