Add the crank arm. Notice
this allows the pen to move
up and down while only
rotating in one direction.

Penholder Step 14
To complete the penholder,
wrap a blue rubber band
around one half-bushing and
one of the 1x4 liftarms,
around the back of
the penholder, under
the 1x2 brick, and
then around the
half-bushing on the
other liftarm.
