pansion board are as follows:
• LSM6DSL MEMS 3D accelerometer ( 2/ 4/ 8/ 16g) and 3D gyroscope
• LSM303AGR MEMS 3D accelerometer ( 2/ 4/ 8/ 16g) and MEMS 3D magnetometer
( 50G)
• LPS22HB MEMS pressure sensor (260–1260hPa)
• HTS221 capacitive relative humidity and temperature sensor
• DIL24 socket for additional MEMS sensors (e.g., UV index)

This board is described in more detail since a project is given in this section which displays
the current humidity, temperature, and atmospheric pressure. The X-NUCLEO-IKS01A2 ex-
pansion board is equipped with jumpers which allow separate current consumption mea-
surement of each sensor. An additional sensor can be connected as an adapter board to J1
DIL24 socket.
The board functional block diagram is shown in Fig. 17.5. There are a number of jumpers that
can be used to configure the various modules on the board. All the modules on the board are
