BIOGRAPHIES
Jingrong Cheng graduated from Harbin Engineering University with a
Masters in electrical engineering in 2000. She is currently a Ph.D. can-
didate of University of California at Riverside. She specializes in the
GPS/INS integration, integer ambiguity resolution, GPS signal processing and
navigation.
Yu Lu received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in electrical engin-
eering from Peking University (P. R. China) in 1997 and 2000, respectively.
Currently he is a Ph.D. candidate in electrical engineering at the University of
California at Riverside. His research interests includes GPS signal processing,
GPS software radio implementation, GPS/INS integration, and embedded
system design.
Elmer R. Thomas graduated from the Bourns College of Engineering
Computer Engineering Program at U.C. Riverside in December 2002. While an
undergraduate he earned several fellowships, awards, and scholarships includ-
ing: the Eugene Cota Robles fellowship, U.C. Leadership through Excellence
andAdvancedDegrees(UCLEADS)fellowship, andacertificateofrecognition
