We can use structures with /t and what to ‘point out’ or emphasize
particular ideas.

Compare:
My secretary sent the bill to Mr Harding yesterday.
it was my secretary that sent the bill to Mr Harding yesterday.
(not somebody efse}
it was the bill that my secretary sent to Mr Harding yesterday.
(not something else)
It was Mr Harding that my secretary sent the bill to yesterday.
(not to somebody else)
it was yesterday that my secretary sent the bill to Mr Harding.
(not another day)

Compare:
My feft leg hurts.
What hurts is my /eft leg.
{ like her sense of humour.
What / like is her sense of humour.
We can emphasize a verb by using what with do and an infinitive.
Compare:
She screamed.
What she did was (to) scream.

enjoy + noun
enjoy + pronoun
enjoy... -ing
Enjoy always has an object. When we talk about having a good time, we
can use enjoy myself/yourself etc.
‘Did you enjoy the party? ‘Yes, | enjoyed it very much.’
[ really enjoyed myself when | went to Rome.
(NOT treaty enjeyedwhentwent ...)
Enjoy can be followed by ... -ing.
{don't enjoy looking after children. (NOT ... enfey-te-took .. .)
