             BEING THE MAIN DECISION MAKER IS SCARY. Frankly, it’s easier when
             decisions are made for you; then you don’t have to put out the mental and
             physical effort. In addition, there is someone else to blame if it goes wrong.
             But the humungous downside is that you live under someone else’s rule,
             and usually that someone else has less to offer than you do.
                  Every day, all day, decisions are being made for, around, alongside,
             and behind you. The more you can make, the better you control your
             own career.
                  If you are trying to be a world-class leader with integrity, optimism,
             and a desire to improve, providing results and developing others, you are
             in as good of a position as almost anyone to make decisions.
                  It takes confidence to put a stake in the ground, but that is how
             you get known. Even when you’re wrong, you show the world what
