minutes to complete, and you will instantly receive your top four
personal requirements. Please write these down, as the website
has no way of recording or remembering your results. If you feel
your life circumstances have changed, you may want to take the
quiz again in the future and see if different needs appear. In gen-
eral, as you learn to fulfill your top four personal requirements,
you’ll also get better at fulfilling all the other needs you may have.
For a full explanation of personal requirements and emotional
