              Thomas Leonard, the founder of CoachU.com, sold his house in
              Colorado, bought an RV, and traveled around the country while
              he coached and set up his phone-based coach-training program.
              He traveled and coached like this for more than a year, keeping
              his costs to a bare minimum so that he could invest his time,
              energy, and money in starting a coach-training company. It paid
              off when he later sold the company for $2 million.
                 Karen Kingston, the author of Creating Sacred Space with Feng
              Shui, spends half her time in England and half her time in Bali.
                 One client, Ali Brown, who was from New York, dreamed of liv-
