design, etc.) and thus give the reader little difficulty to alternate in
using them. On top of these common elements, the ICOV offers a
thread through roadmap with overlaid tools that is based on nontra-
ditional tools such as design mappings, design axioms, creativity tools
such as TRIZ, as well as cultural treatments.
