Handheld Computers vs. the Clipboard
The clipboard has traditionally been associated with working on the move. When a delivery
comes to your office, the delivery person has a clipboard. When the doctor comes into the
exam room (finally), he’s holding a clipboard. When the technician goes out to work on
your car, he picks up a clipboard. However, that has been changing over the years.
