202 Chapter 7 Early detection and diagnosis using deep learning
the medicinal changes have to be made; this is done because
pharmacists cannot waste their resources by changing the med-
icines again and again after their failure. Hence the use of ML
modelisdoneintensively whilepreparing themedicine inthe
labs. Also it gives us a chance of incorporating greater groups
of information that can be examined and associated in actual
time to deliver entirely different classes of data to the worker
as well as to the patient. It is now discussed how the whole
process of the DL and ML models helps in producing the results
that are not only accurate but also effective in making other
decisions related to it. The process not only includes technolo-
gies such as ML but also includes sensors, wireless media, and
many other technologies in making the whole system a success.
Starting from thedatathathavetobeperceived from theenvi-
ronment, like to know the blood pressure of a patient, we use
blood pressure machine, which will help in measuring the
precise blood pressure; once the blood pressure data of a patient
is collected, it is fed to ML or DL algorithm, which will then being
a complex model create patterns in the data points and hence
obtain a mathematical function for it. Once the mathematical
function gets created, the model is fed and trained, which then
develops the understanding for the data and hence helps in mak-
ing the decisions; the same process is explained via Fig. 7.4.
Figure 7.4 Describing the process of deep learning/machine learning and artificial intelligence helps predict
the outcome.
