USE & PERFORMANCE
Outstanding properties: Anti-graffiti coating system. Based on the unique properties of the fluo-
rine atom, it provides water repellency, oil repellency, stain resistance, non-adhesiveness, anti-
blocking, and slipperiness to the solid surface. It is difficult to obtain good effect of oil repellency
by non-fluorine-based additives while fluorine-based products work remarkably due to the proper-
ties of fluorine. Effectively repels oil-based fingerprints. Stain-guard performance improves by UV
curing under nitrogen atmosphere. Can be effectively used for partitions between display pixels
because it repels oil only on the top surface when UV-curable. Increased chemical resistance
including alkali resistance to the coating surface. It can also be used effectively for negative resist
such as color resists because it can add chemical resistance to UV exposed sections. Possess level-
ing properties which enable coatings to be coated smoothly and uniformly. Extremely good water
repellant.
Recommended for products: optical films (LCD, touchscreens), cellular phones (screen, body).
Recommended for the use on concrete, tiles and latex paints. Recommended for UV hard coatings/
rubber as modifiers.
