The book is divided into nine parts, covering the range of topics relevant to those working in the media
and as media lawyers. Each part contains individual chapters dealing with distinct areas of the law.

Web sites mentioned in the body of each chapter are set out in the footnotes. The book also contains
appendices: Appendix A sets out a glossary of legal terms, Appendix B the addresses, telephone
numbers and web sites of professional bodies, and Appendix C specimen agreements, including
interview agreements and moral rights waivers.
