Life Cycle Assessment: Principles, Practice and Prospects

LCA information is used. Other applications for quick LCA tools will emerge across wider
environmental management practice, research and policy development. In the final analysis,
the future success of any quick LCA tool will lie in its accuracy, rigour, transparency, ease,
speed and affordability, and therefore its ability to bring environmental decision-making into
everyday business/design processes, as early in these processes as possible.
