And when they went shopping with their Mum she
never ever needed a shopping list—the kids could
remember everything!
Their teacher, Mrs Vamey, was so impressed that she
asked Adam and Jasmine if they would teach the class
how to do it.
"Each of you has an excellent memory," the kids told
the class. "But what you need is a way of remember-
ing. First, let's start with a song that you'll all
know..."
And so they all began to sing:
"This old man, he played one,
He played knick knack on my drum,
With a knick knack paddy whack, give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played two..."
