cesses. The information can also be used to facilitate reuse of ad-hoc changes from
similar scenarios. When deviations from a process schema are required, the case-
based reasoning component assists the user to find similar previous cases through
a series of questions and answers, one of which may then be applied to the current
instance [213]. While the process is quite user-intensive, the approach does pro-
vide a good example of the combination of contextual information with flexibility
techniques.
