                             Organizational distribution: This approach allows an organizational distribution
                              approach to be specified for a task that utilizes organizational data to make a
                              routing decision. In doing so, the distribution of a task can be limited to users in
                              a specified position or organizational group.
                             Capability-based distribution: Capabilities can be specified for each user, which
                              describe the qualities that they possess, which may be of relevance in making
