communication. After leaving the business to write full-time, she has
returned to training and speaking exclusively on topics related to
listening skills. She is also the creator of Listeners Unite!—a website
dedicated to listening.
Linda is the recipient of two International Listening Association
(ILA) awards: The 2008 ILA Listening in the Business Sector Award and
the 2008 ILA President’s Award. She has also earned an award from
the New Jersey Association for Lifelong Learning and a small press
poetry award.
