4. Ensure that good drilling and tripping practices are used to mini-
mize swab and surge pressures.
5. Keep fluid loss low.
6. Use the recommended procedure for a formation integrity test, not
the continuous pumping method. Refer to the “Formation integri-
ty test recommended procedure” in Appendix 2.
