           sensitivity, and the extent to which it is cybernated may well serve to mark
           the limits of a personal sphere that individuals carry with them wherever
           they go, including in public spaces. These markers, replacing the role of
           walls in the traditional home-centric privacy doctrine, will inform us on
           whether or not a given item or a collection of information about a person
           is entitled to a high level of protection from government intrusion. 80
