This letter is in reply to your advertisement in the Syracuse Star on Sunday,
November 19, seeking a music therapist. I believe I am an excellent candidate for
that position.

I earned a degree in music therapy from Syracuse University in May of this year.
Recently, I completed an internship at Coleman Hospital in Saratoga Springs,
where I worked with severely disabled children. I play the piano, guitar, violin, and
recorder and enjoy using folk music as a part of my treatment therapy. I have
attached a qualifications summary and other pertinent data for your consideration.

I think that Clay Hospital can utilize my experience and qualifications, and I look
