your top employees.
The issue of retention is generally stressful for most man-
agers. Managing high performing employees can also be stress-
ful at times. Combine the two and consider the issue of retain-
ing top employees and you have a recipe for mega-stress. In
this chapter we’ll discuss four ways to reduce the stress
involved in retaining top performers while maximizing the appli-
