We outline a strategy for the Los Angeles Community College District
(nine campuses) that is being implemented along the lines of thinking
discussed earlier concerning on-site and central grid energy generation. This
kind of combination of energy needs to be integrated with other basic
infrastructures such as water, waste, and transportation with a strong concern
for education and training.
