                         b. Include a strategy for sustaining the depth of your lead-
                             ership bench (long-term plan).
                      4. Evaluate your current leadership selection process.
                         a. Identify one improvement that you’ll make to the process
                             before selecting your next leader.
                         b. Identify desired leadership skills and characteristics and
                             how you plan to make them part of your selection criteria.
