        floor mats in the Camry and Lexus ES sedans, and this issue had
        been dealt with via the recall of the all-weather floor mats in 2007.*


        *  Another source of a large number of complaints was related to how the transmis-
        sion in Camrys shifted at speeds between roughly 35 and 45 mph, which in aggressive
        driving situations caused a brief rpm surge; this led to a service campaign to repro-
        gram the transmission for any driver who didn’t like the behavior of the transmission.
