MAKE THE FINER DETAILS OF PROJECT PLANS MORE EXPLICIT

Enneagram Style Fives
Enneagram Style Five leaders excel at many
aspects of Drive for Results. Five leaders do their
background research and tend to be analytical,
planning-oriented, and organized. As a result,
they typically create systematic, specific, and
practical work plans and monitor the results to
ensure that the final deliverable meets the desig-
nated specifications. In addition, Five leaders often have a good
sense for resource allocation, rarely overspending and being
realistic about the amount of time required for each step of the
project.
In a crisis, Five leaders tend to be cool, calm, and collected, tak-
ing an analytical, problem-solving approach to removing obstacles,
reconfiguring the work, and doing whatever is needed to get the
job done well and on time. They also understand the importance
of having a clear purpose and well-defined roles and tasks; this
understanding, combined with their ability to focus and organize
well, helps Fives achieve excellent results. Because Fives like
research and analysis, they frequently analyze and evaluate proj-
ects upon completion so that they can channel their insights into
future successes.
