Axis Definitions
x is along the shaft axis, in the downwind
direction
z is perpendicular to the shaft axis and in the
vertical plane passing through the shaft axis
y is perpendicular to the shaft axis and
horizontal to starboard, giving a right-hand
z co-ordinate system

NB: Although shaft is tilt and rotor coning are not

accommodate both these variants
