Mastering Productive Meetings Is as Easy as PIE 175

                    1. To share successes and challenges experienced over the
week so we can learn from each other for the benefi t of all.
                    2. To help the sales teams review their results, recognize and
reward successes, and prioritize challenges for each.
                    3. To reinforce a collaborative trusting environment where
everyone knows his or her contribution will be reviewed
                        and recognized.
                    4. To provide a consistent, controlled model for soliciting and
                        receiving feedback.

What do I want to get out of it?
                    1. Keep my sales team engaged, driven, and connected.
                    2. Improve sales results over time

What if I communicated this to the attendees before the meet-
ing? Think about the difference in the attitudes and the resulting
trust and respect that would be built with each meeting and each
e-mail. How much time would the attendees invest in getting pre-
pared for the meeting knowing the purpose as stated above? How
attentive will they be if they are encouraged to offer and receive
feedback and share challenges? Feel the difference? The next key
                 is thoughtful preparation.

                 Preparing

Preparation means doing all the necessary pieces beforehand to
make the meeting as easy as “PIE.”

Who Will Be Invited and Why?

Only people who are directly infl uenced by and related to the
