            YOU GOT THE OFFER.

             CONGRATULATIONS!

NOW’S THE TIME TO ASK ALL THOSE

            QUESTIONS YOU WANTED TO ASK

Congratulations. You have a job offer or a strong expression of inter-
est from the company you hope to join. Now, and not before, you
get to ask pointed questions about compensation, benefi ts, working
conditions, exceptions, and all those important things you need to
know about. But before you start asking, take a close look at any
written materials the company may have given you. These materials
will likely address most of your questions. If not, by all means ask
to speak with someone in human resources to satisfy your curiosity.
By the time you make a decision, you should have details on all of
        these issues.

        COMPENSATION
        • What are my salary, commissions, and other compensation?
        • How often will I be paid?
        • Am I entitled to stock options?
        • Am I entitled to noncash compensation?
        • Am I entitled to the use of a company vehicle?
