Standard 2800, which is moderate to dense soil with the average shear wave
speed of 175–375m/s. It is noted that the model should be 3D in order to take
the effect of torsions into account. The model building is shown in Fig. 4.12.
Based on the Iranian National Building Code; Part 6: Loading [14], the dead
loads and live loads of the different parts of the example building are presented
in Tables 4.7 and 4.8, respectively.
