In Australia and Germany, the disease is practically eliminated even with a PEL of

3e4 mg/m . The elimination of CWP is possible mainly based on the following:
1. Setting a scientific respirable dust standard.
2. Measuring the respirable dust concentration accurately.
3. Engineering control of dust to achieve this PEL.
