panol–water (35:15:55), is held for 1 min, then is changed from 30 to 40%
methanol over the next 14 min, followed by 2 min hold time. The mobile
phase was returned to to its initial condition within one min and held for 2
min. Figure 6.6 shows the mass chromatograms under these conditions: 2,5-
DNT is separated, while 2,4- and 2,6-DNT are not.
