      to-date documentation covering this subject. The
      Office of Airport Safety and Standards (ASS)
      serves as the principal organization of United
      States  Federal  Aviation  Authority  (FAA)
      responsible for all airport programme matters
      about standards for airport design, construction,
      maintenance, operations and safety. References
