                                BIOGRAPHIES
                                Fan Hong earned the Bachelor’s degree from Xiamen University, China, in
                                1996, and the Ph.D. degree from the National University of Singapore in 2004.
                                After her postdoctoral research in the National University of Singapore, she
                                joined the A*STAR Data Storage Institute, Singapore, as a senior research
                                fellow. Her research interests include adaptive control, neural networks, and
                                nonlinear time-delay systems.
