BIOGRAPHIES
Fan Hong earned the Bachelor’s degree from Xiamen University, China, in
1996, and the Ph.D. degree from the National University of Singapore in 2004.
After her postdoctoral research in the National University of Singapore, she
joined the A*STAR Data Storage Institute, Singapore, as a senior research
fellow. Her research interests include adaptive control, neural networks, and
nonlinear time-delay systems.
