end up in positions of leadership in corporations or to run their
own businesses. They have a sense of urgency, aren’t afraid of
much, and can prod others into action. A tip for those of us who
are a bit afraid of these types: stand up to them and don’t be afraid
to go head-to-head in an argument. They will respect you and
won’t think negatively of you if you assert your opinions. Just keep
it brief and to the point; be prepared, and don’t ramble on.
