The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the source of infor-
mation worldwide on one of the fastest-growing professions. The
largest worldwide nonprofit professional association of personal
and business coaches, the ICF provides coach certification and
hosts an annual coaching conference. The federation maintains
the standards of training for the coaching industry and provides
three levels of coaching certification: ACC (Associate Certified
Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach), and the highest
designation, MCC (Master Certified Coach). If you are looking
for a coach-training program, make sure it is, at the very least,
approved by the ICF, or you won’t qualify for the certification.
