                                              Student Exercise


                          You might watch the documentary fi lm  Outfoxed , which is about the
                         bias in Fox News. Then study a newscast by Fox in comparison to a
                         newscase by one of the less political news organizations such as CBS.
                             Or, on any given day, buy three or four newspapers and then go
                         online and track down foreign newspapers such as the  Globe and Mail
                         or the  Guardian , and compare how they all report on the same event.
