Most importantly, if it weren’t for Pam Thomasdmy business partner, colleague, significant other,
and total Sweetiedthis would not have happened. Even when I felt the book needed to be delayed or
even stopped due to external forces, she would not let me quit. Pam wrote big chunks of Chapters 12
and 13, but declined to be mentioned on the cover. A lot of men would run screaming from the room if
