Regardless of what direction, it is perfectly fine to mix and match these assessments. We often
combine the “Change Capacity” with the “Information Maturity” survey, usually due to restraints
within the population being surveyed or assessed.
The most preferred means of executing these assessments is via an online survey. They work faster,
give you a data set that can be analyzed, and can be repurposed. The techniques we least prefer are
numerous interviewsdmostly because they are too time consuming. Often the assessment will be
a blend of online surveys, with interviews of key business leadership.
