to manage power restoration after a fault scenario. It is a multiobjective
as well as complex procedure, and the algorithms should be quick enough
to handle several load flow calculations making the decisions in a timely
manner.
Reconfiguration by manual labor is a time-consuming task and techni-
cally infeasible. An automated reconfiguration procedure will need an
array of sensors to acquire the magnitude data of voltages. Even if the
