faces include Quantum GIS and JAVAGRASS. JAVAGRASS is a
multi-platform, multi-session GRASS package designed for a large
number of GIS professionals fully functional on Unix/Linux and
Mac-OS platforms. In its latest and a major release (version 6.3),
GRASS will run in Microsoft Windows. This icon-driven intuitive
interface is very user-friendly with all the options shown on screen
(Fig. 4.7). The user just needs to provide the necessary and desired
values in the appropriate interface boxes. Through this improved
