Physical actions
You can breathe through your nose or your mouth. Most
people breathe about 12-15 times a minute.

Many people nod their head to mean ‘yes’, and shake their

head when they mean ‘no’.
When you pick up something heavy, you must bend your knees
and keep your back straight.
