The project team leads will represent the project at the component or project team leads meeting,
component or project team status meeting, issues meeting, and integration meeting.

Cross-Functional Team The integration team will consist of the module or project team
leads from the business modules and the development leads. This group will meet as needed to
discuss and resolve cross-module issues. When a module or project team identifies a cross-
module issue, the lead notifies the integration team. The issue(s) and the impact(s) on the other
module or project team(s) should be documented, along with possible solutions. The integration
team will discuss each issue and determine the recommended approach. The solution will then
be communicated back to the module or project team, including SMEs, for their input.
