Honesty and Integrity




               ✔  Dissolve any relationships that even hint at being unethical,
                  immoral, or illegal.
               ✔  Keep your eye on the prize: your customers. There is a reason
                  they put their faith in you. Without an organization that
                  espouses honesty and integrity, the quality of service to your
                  customers will suffer.
               ✔  Be transparent. When people see that you have nothing to
                  hide, they will work with you, not against you. Make your
                  word your commitment. Say what you mean, and do what
                  you say, beyond reproach. Have personal integrity.
               ✔  Express your role as a good corporate citizen. You will
                  enhance your reputation and touch lives in ways you may
                  have never expected.
               ✔  Be accountable to your people and your actions. Follow
                  through on your commitments.
