When will you exercise—now or later?
You’ve all got the same obstacles and maze to contend with
and work your way there. You’re all limited to the same
month time frame. You’re all leaving the maze at the same
time with a number of shares in your hand. Which officer will
realize the highest percentage? Which officer will realize the
lowest percentage?
I am not trying to establish a contest between you.
Notwithstanding, there will be relative winners and relative
losers. I am trying to get you to Think.
I am trying to get you to Plan.
I am trying to get you to Realize more Shares.
Hell, I don’t know the magic answer. I suppose the best
answer is all a matter of timing.
