the goal-setting methods in Chapter 7 and the accelerated job
search techniques in Chapter 8, you’ll be landed in a new job in
less time than you can imagine.
People around the globe have been making swift career
changes for years. So ... just how is it done? I’ve done extensive
firsthand research on some of the most useful actions other people
have used to realize rapid career transitions, which I will pass on to
you. These strategies, all based on real success stories, are the ones
we’ll introduce in this chapter and expand upon further in
Chapter 6.
