ing and the capability to build a quality product for the project.
It is important to consider services required for the project whether they are part of
the deliverable product or are supporting the project’s work. Anticipating the unique
nature of national customs and working to accommodate them are critical to project
success. National customs, however honorable, may work counter to the project plan
and the project’s objectives.
