        Project Control Process

        Since changes occur in a project, such as changes in the objectives, changes in the avail-
        ability of resources, and so on, and since the level of information improves during the
        performance of the project, it is necessary to perform a project control periodically.
        Project control is to be planned subject to project duration. In a product-development
        project of six months duration, it is recommended to perform a formal project control
