progress toward this goal during construction? Is the waste management vendor sup-
plying us with regular reports on waste diversion and recycling that we can use for
                        LEED documentation?
8 Is building commissioning happening on the scheduled timetable?
9 Will the mechanical and electrical contractors be onsite during the functional test-
ing period of commissioning to fix any problems found then?
10 Have we trained the maintenance staff in the specific details of operating all
                        equipment?
11 Is the mechanical contractor tasked with and committed to following the SMACNA
guidelines for maintaining indoor air quality during construction?
12 If we have made provisions for a 2-week building flush-out with 100 percent
outside air, per the LEED protocol for verifying indoor air quality prior to occu-
pancy, is that going to have any unforeseen schedule impacts?
13 If we choose an alternate pathway to demonstrate indoor air quality, for example,
because local climatic conditions make a flush-out unwise, have we made arrange-
ments to take samples of indoor air quality according to the LEED-approved
                        protocols?
